UMI Performance 79-98 Ford Mustang Upper & Lower Rear Control Arms Kit

The complete kit includes a set of UMI Performance single adjustable lower control arms and a set of UMI’s "on-car" double adjustable upper control arms. These direct bolt-on replacements are designed to minimize wheel hop, improve cornering, lower ET's, and enhance track consistency. The upper control arms feature on-car adjustability for quick and easy pinion angle adjustment. The spherical rod end allows for a “bind free” operation, making it a great upgrade for both track and auto cross vehicles. The polyurethane bushings provide a quiet and comfortable operation when bolted to the chassis. The lower control arms are constructed from DOM mild steel tubing with a 0.120” wall thickness and 4130 chrome moly threaded tube adaptors. The upper control arms feature 0.250” mild steel mounting points, 4130 chrome moly tube adaptors, and 4140 chrome moly heat treated 1.120” solid adjusters. Both control arms feature polyurethane bushings, zinc plated steel sleeves, and “on-car” greaseable zerk grease fittings, as well as high-quality Teflon lined spherical rod ends for quiet and bind-free performance. The installation is easy with bolt-on installation in about 1 hour without any drilling required. OEM hardware can be used for installation.
